Umrah Visa FAQs 2026

Frequently asked questions about Umrah visa support in Dubai

Quick answers for UAE residents. We provide visa support and application guidance; visas are issued by Saudi authorities.

1. What is an Umrah visa?

An Umrah visa is an official entry permit issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that allows Muslim pilgrims to enter the country to perform Umrah in Makkah. UAE residents can apply through the Nusuk platform, the Saudi eVisa portal or an authorized agent.

No. Umrah visas are issued only by Saudi authorities. We provide visa support and application guidance: we help you choose the right visa, check your documents and prepare your application. We cannot guarantee approval or processing time.

It includes advice on the right visa type, a document checklist and verification, application preparation and submission guidance, and support for family and group applications. A separate service fee applies. Call +971 567044355 for current rates.

It depends on the visa type. A traditional Umrah visa usually takes 3-5 business days, the Nusuk platform 2-4 business days, and a tourist eVisa between 5 minutes and 24 hours. In peak seasons, add 2-3 extra days. Saudi authorities set these times and they may change.

The traditional Umrah visa has no visa fee, so you pay only our guidance service charges. The tourist eVisa costs about SAR 650 (approx. AED 640) including insurance, plus our service charges. Meningitis vaccination in the UAE costs about AED 100-150. Fees may change.

You need a passport valid for at least 6 months with 2 blank pages, recent white-background passport photos (4cm x 6cm), a meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate, confirmed return flight tickets and hotel booking proof for Makkah and/or Madinah. Our team verifies your documents before you apply.

Yes. The meningitis (ACWY) vaccination is mandatory for Umrah pilgrims. Get it at least 10 days before travel. The certificate is valid for 3 years from the vaccination date and is available at UAE Ministry of Health centers. COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccines are currently recommended, not mandatory.

UAE residents with a UAE visa or Emirates ID valid for at least 3 months can apply. Visit visa holders and non-residents may also be eligible, depending on nationality and current Saudi rules. Contact us to confirm your case before you apply.

The traditional Umrah visa suits first-time pilgrims and budget travelers: single entry, typically 30 days stay. The tourist eVisa suits families and flexible plans: multiple entry, valid 1 year, up to 90 days per entry, and allows both tourism and Umrah.

Traditional Umrah visas and tourist eVisas usually cannot be extended inside Saudi Arabia. Plan your stay within the visa dates, and exit before it expires. Extensions are rare and only considered for documented emergencies.
