UAE Umrah & Travels provides Umrah travel packages and guidance for customers travelling from the UAE to Saudi Arabia. Depending on the package selected, services may include flights or bus transportation, accommodation, visa support & application assistance, transfers, and other travel-related arrangements.
The exact services included in your booking will depend on the package, travel dates, availability, and the details confirmed with you at the time of booking.
When you decide to book, we’ll ask for the information and documents needed to process your reservation and travel arrangements.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received and the booking has been accepted by our team.

Hotel and room type
Number of travellers
Visa support & guidance requirements
Any additional services requested
If you notice an error, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes made after confirmation may result in additional charges.
Customers are responsible for providing genuine, valid, and accurate documents for their application.
Depending on your nationality, UAE residency status, passport, and current Saudi regulations, different visa requirements may apply. Visa approval is ultimately subject to the relevant Saudi authorities and is not guaranteed simply because an application or document support request has been submitted.
We provide dedicated visa support and application guidance where applicable, but we cannot issue visas directly, nor can we guarantee approval, processing times, or entry into Saudi Arabia, as all final decisions rest entirely with government and immigration authorities.
Travellers must also make sure their passport and other required travel documents remain valid for the entire journey (minimum 6 months passport validity).
Prices shown on our website or provided by our team may change depending on availability, travel dates, hotel rates, transportation costs, airline fares, visa regulation changes, and other factors.
A price is not considered final until it has been confirmed by our team as part of your booking.
Special offers, promotional prices, and seasonal packages may have their own terms and availability restrictions.
For air packages, flights are subject to airline availability and the airline’s own rules and conditions.
Flight schedules, timings, routes, baggage allowances, and other details may change. Any changes made by an airline are outside our direct control.
For bus packages, departure points, schedules, vehicle arrangements, and travel times may also change due to operational, traffic, border, weather, or other circumstances.
We will do our best to keep you informed of important changes affecting your journey.
Hotels are provided according to the package and room category confirmed at the time of booking.
Hotel names, room types, locations, and availability may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control. If a replacement is required, we will aim to arrange accommodation of a comparable standard wherever reasonably possible.
Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
Requests such as particular rooms, views, floors, connecting rooms, or proximity to certain facilities are treated as requests and cannot always be guaranteed.
If you choose a shared room, the number of people sharing the room will depend on the package selected.
For example, quad, triple, double, or single occupancy may be available depending on the package and hotel.
If you request a particular person to share your room with, please inform our team before confirmation. We will try to accommodate the request, subject to availability.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellation and amendment charges may apply depending on how close the request is to the departure date and whether flights, hotels, visa support services, transportation, or other services have already been confirmed or paid for.
Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to supplier-specific cancellation policies.
Any applicable refund will be calculated after considering the cancellation terms of the relevant airline, hotel, transportation company, third-party service providers, and administrative fees involved in your booking.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require a change to your travel arrangements.
These may include airline schedule changes, hotel availability issues, border restrictions, government regulations, visa policy changes, weather conditions, road closures, operational problems, or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, we will work with the relevant supplier to find a suitable alternative and will communicate important changes to you.
Saudi Arabia’s entry, visa, Umrah, health, immigration, and travel requirements can change without prior notice.
Travellers are responsible for complying with the requirements applicable to them at the time of travel.
This may include requirements relating to passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, health documentation, Nusuk services, or other official procedures.
UAE Umrah & Travels provides advisory support but cannot be held responsible for a traveller being refused entry, delayed, or denied a visa where the decision has been made by the relevant government or immigration authority.
When travelling for Umrah, customers are expected to:
Provide accurate personal and passport information.
Submit required documents for visa support within the requested timeframe.
Follow official visa and immigration requirements.
Follow airline, hotel, transport, and group travel rules.
Respect local laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Follow instructions provided by the relevant authorities and travel coordinators.
Take reasonable care of personal belongings and travel documents.
Travellers are responsible for their own passports, money, valuables, medication, and other personal belongings during the journey.
If you have specific travel requirements, mobility needs, dietary requirements, medical considerations, or other special requests, please tell us before booking so we can advise what arrangements may be possible.
We will try to help wherever we can, but not every request can be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip.
We recommend keeping passports, visa documents, money, important papers, medication, and valuables safely with you.
Any loss, theft, or damage should be reported to the relevant airline, hotel, transport provider, or authority as appropriate.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for Umrah and international travel.
Unless specifically stated as part of your package, travel insurance is not included in the booking.
Customers should consider suitable cover for circumstances such as medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, delays, and other travel-related risks.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrange the services included in your confirmed booking.
However, some parts of your journey are provided by independent third parties, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, government visa portals, and other suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, government decisions, immigration decisions, weather conditions, border restrictions, or other circumstances that are outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, package prices, hotel availability, visa support requirements, travel schedules, and other details can change.
Website information should therefore be considered general information until the details have been confirmed directly with our team.
If there is a difference between general website information and the details specifically confirmed in your booking, the confirmed booking information will apply.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
The text, images, branding, graphics, and other materials on this website belong to UAE Umrah & Travels or are used with appropriate permission and should not be copied or reproduced without authorization.
